President, and owner John E. Gibson, is a certified professional who is also an instructor for a 120 hour Home Inspection Course provided by Ed Klopfer Schools of Real estate. Over 13 years of teaching a home inspection class.

Our inspectors are knowledgeable, skilled, equipped, and provide prompt, courteous service. We offer a thorough computer generated or written report and consultation on-site, at the time of inspection.We also include photo documentation on the spot.

We work 7-days a week. We use state-of-the-art Inspection/Detection equipment. Please accept our invitation to join us during the inspection. Most inspections require 1 to 2 -1/2 hours to complete. (based on square foot)
